Lori Odom
Lori Odom is the Senior Vice President of Economic Development for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. Lori leads the Chamber’s international business initiatives which include promoting the Nashville region globally, building a network of relationships with international business influencers, and facilitating economic growth through Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). In addition, she works with Nashville companies expanding into international markets. Lori directs the International Business Council Advisory Board, a cross section of the region’s global business leaders who serve as advisors to the Chamber and as advocates for international businesses operating in or considering investing in Middle Tennessee.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Lori oversaw international business development for the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development which included staff located in Japan, China, Germany, and Canada.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Lori earned a master’s degree in human resource development and a bachelor’s degree in communications.
